PROVO -- At the Boise State Women's Fall Classic on Friday and Saturday, the BYU women's tennis team continued to enjoy success, coming away with several victories at their third tournament of the fall season.
On Friday, BYU started the tournament by winning its' first nine matches over opponents from Northern Arizona, Boise State and Idaho. They went on to win 15 of 18 matches on the day, including three of four doubles matches.
On Saturday, BYU continued to win as four BYU players ended the tournament without a singles loss. Jodi Richardson defeated Idaho's Vida Senci, 6-1, 6-1, Elyse Jensen defeated Boise State's Jemima Attard, 7-5, 6-3, Liza Khoudoiarova defeated Karolin Gimberg, 6-0, 6-3 and Lindsay Ferrell defeated Northern Arizona's Sylvana Navarro, 6-3, 6-1 to go undefeated in the tournament.
In doubles, the teams of Richardson/Brooke Ferney, Khoudoiarova/Dominique Reynolds, and Lu Oswald/Ferrell each went undefeated in the tournament as well.
