- Two-time Region VII cross country champion
- Voted cross country athlete of the year in 2007
- Placed third at the Bob Firman XC Invitational 2007, fourth in the Simplot mile run
- Lettered four years in track and cross country
- All-State in track and XC for three years
- Recruited by Georgetown, Weber State, SUU and Washington
