  • During the 2023 indoor season, he became the school record-holder in the 3,000m, 5,000m and as a member of the distance medley relay team. He also registered a No. 4 all-time mark at BYU in the indoor mile at 3:57.13. At indoor nationals, he finished as the runner-up in the 5,000m at 13:38.12 and fourth in the 3,000m at 7:49.37 to earn two First Team All-American honors.
  • During the 2022 outdoor season, he set the school record in the 5,000m and became No. 7 all-time at BYU in the 10,000m. He earned Second Team All-American honors at outdoor nationals after finishing 10th in the 5,000m (13:33.20) and 12th in the 10,000m at 28:22.99.
  • Earned his first All-American honors in the 2021 outdoor season, named to the Second Team for his 5,000m performance of 13:34.56 at outdoor nationals.

  • As a senior in 2016, posted times of 15:28.4 to win the Nike Cross Nationals Final and 14:42.9 to win the 5A Utah state title – a course and meet record 
  • As a junior in 2015, won the Nike Cross Nationals Final with a time of 15:03.2, the 5A Utah state title with a time of 14:52.8 and the Nike Cross Nationals Southwest Regional championships in 14:42
  • Closed his high school cross country career with 15-straight victories at three miles and 5K
  • In track, posted personal PRs of 1:52.92 in the 800m (ran at altitude), 4:02.90 in the mile and 8:44.70 in the 3200m

  • Clocked the second-best men’s 5000m time in program history with a 13:28.79 to finish second at the UW Invite. 

Outdoor (2021) 

  • Finished 16thin the men’s 5000m at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 13:34.56. 
  • Recorded the fifth-best men’s 1500m time in program history with a personal best of 3:38.16 at the Fresno State West Coast Relays. 
  • Recorded the second-best men’s 5000m time in BYU history with a 13:24.90 to finish third at the Hayward Premiere. 
  • Claimed first in the men’s mile with a personal-best time of 3:59.02 at the BYU Robison Invitational.

  • Broke Conner Mantz's BYU men's outdoor 5000m school record with a time of 13:23.33 at the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 14. 
  • No. 7 all-time at BYU in the men's 10,000m at 28:16.15. 
  • Finished the season ranked No. 8 nationally in the men's 5000m at 13:23.33.

Senior Year 2023

Indoor Season

  • First Team All-American at NCAA DI Indoor Nationals in Albuquerque, New Mexico for two events: the 5000m and 3000m. In the 5000m, he finished as the runner-up, crossing the line at 13:38.12. He took fourth overall in the 3000m with a time of 7:49.37.
  • Broke Conner Mantz's 5000m BYU record by over 10 seconds, claiming first in BYU history after running a 13:17.36 time at the 2022 Sharon Colyear-Danville Season-Opener in Boston.
  • Set the BYU all-time record in the 3000m with a time of 7:43.96 at the Razorback Invitational. The finish broke Ed Eyestone's 38 year-old school record set in 1985.
  • The final leg on the school-record DMR squad, helping break the prior top finish at BYU by nearly eight seconds with a 9:21.18 time.
  • Became No. 4 all-time in the mile with a 3:57.13 time set in February at Boston's David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
