BYU women’s golf is headed to Dallas, Texas, to compete in the Texas Showdown, hosted by SMU at the Dallas Athletic Club on April 8-9.

DALLAS, Texas – BYU women’s golf is headed to Dallas, Texas, to compete in the Texas Showdown, hosted by SMU at the Dallas Athletic Club on April 8-9. 

The team will consist of Lila Galeai, Lily McCauley, Berlin Long, María José Barragán and Alexa Udom, with Adeline Wach playing individually.

The Cougars will compete against host SMU, Baylor, Kansas, Maryland, Texas State, UCF and UNLV during the two-day, 54-hole tournament. They will play on the 6,141-yard, par 72 Blue Course at the Dallas Athletic Club. 

BYU is coming off a 14th-place showing at the Fresno State Classic with rounds of 297-301-304–902 to finish 38-over-par.
