BROKEN ARROW, Okla. – BYU women’s golf sits in third after the opening 36 holes of the Dale McNamara Invitational on Monday. The Cougars have carded rounds of 301 and 293 to tally 594 strokes and shoot 26-over-par.

Kanyanol (Naji) Aramkul is tied for fourth after she shot a 2-under 140 with scores of 72 and 68. The freshman made seven birdies on the day. Aramkul is four shots off the lead with 18 holes to play and looks to move up the leaderboard tomorrow.

Arkansas (292-276–568) claims the top spot after posting an even-par total through 36 holes with fellow Big 12 Conference member Oklahoma State (294-282–576) sitting in second after shooting 8-over on day one.

Maria Jose “MJ” Barragan (76-72–148) is tied for 19th. She shot 6-over on the day. Junior Sunbin Seo is tied for 37th after she carded an 11-over total with scores of 77 and 76.

Lilly DeNunzio (77-77–154) is tied for 39th heading into tomorrow’s final round. Alexa Udom (76-79–155) shot 13-over, placing her in a tie for 43rd.
