SAN ANTONIO, Texas — On day three of the Valero Alamo Bowl week the BYU football team practiced and participated in the Ricos River Rally at the Arneson River Theatre on the Riverwalk.

BYU started the morning with select players attending the Fellowship of Christian Athletes breakfast with their Colorado counterparts and several local members of the FCA. Head coach Kalani Sitake, followed by safety Tanner Wall spoke about their faith and being a disciple of Christ.
Former BYU defensive back Derwin Gray, a San Antonio product, was one of the keynote speakers at the event.

Following the FCA breakfast, BYU practiced at Trinity University in prep for Saturday's game and then BYU's coordinators and select players headed to the Alamodome for a team press conference to discuss the matchup with Colorado.
Defensive Coordinator Jay Hill, offensive Coordinator Aaron Roderick, Jake Retzlaff (QB), Chase Roberts (WR), Connor Pay (OL), Tyler Batty (DE), Jakob Robinson (DB) and Isaiah Glasker (LB) all participated in the press conference and additional media interviews after.
The main event of the day for fans in the area and making the trip to San Antonio was the Ricos River Rally at the Arneson River Theatre on the Riverwalk. Coach Sitake and Tyler Batty along with BYU cheerleaders, Cosmo and other players led a one-of-kind pep rally from the stage, while the other players and pep bands arrived via river cruisers to fans of both BYU and Colorado.

Friday, Coach Sitake and Coach Deion Sanders from Colorado will have a joint press conference before both teams join in a luncheon together. The Cougars will hold a final walk-through practice to get ready for Saturday's game in the afternoon.
BYU is set to take on Colorado in th Alamodome at the Valero Alamo Bowl on Saturday, Dec. 28 at 6:30 p.m. CT. The game will be televised nationally on ABC.
