SAN DEIGO, California – BYU men’s golf is headed to sunny southern California to compete in the Lamkin Invitational at San Diego Country Club on Mar. 4-5.

"The Lamkin at San Diego Country Club is one of our favorite events of the season,” BYU director of golf Todd Miller said. “The greens have undulation like Augusta National. After a setback in Hawaii, we need a strong performance to set the tone for the remainder of the spring.”

The Cougar squad will consist of Zac Jones, Max Brenchley, Cooper Jones, Peter Kim and Keanu Akina. Sixteen teams will compete at the 7,033-yard course, including No. 4 ranked Washington.
