- The Cougars’ number one doubles pairing, Wally Thayne and Zach Fuchs, jumped nearly 40 spots in the latest rankings from 81 to 44. This is in response to two ranked wins on their road trip, beating No. 48 at Oklahoma State and No. 80 at Texas Tech, and their 14-4 record.
- BYU is now 11-4 on their season and 0-2 in the Big 12. No. 11 UCF is the highest-ranked team they have played since No. 4 Texas came to Provo in the 2023-24 season.
