FREEPORT, Bahamas – Recent BYU graduate Meghan Hunter took fifth in the women’s 800-meter at the North America, Central America and Caribbean Athletics Association (NACAC) Championship on Saturday evening.
Hunter ran 2:00.67 in her third meet as a professional. The Provo, Utah, native finished just over a second behind fellow U.S. representative Nia Akins, who won the event in 1:59.75.
