CINCINNATI — BYU kicker Will Ferrin, linebacker Isaiah Glasker and wide receiver Chase Roberts were today named to the Pro Football Focus 2025 All-Big 12 Preseason Football Team.

A total of 26 individuals from 13 of the league's 16 teams were selected to the All-Big 12 Preseason Team. BYU, along with ASU, Baylor, Iowa State and Utah led the league with three student-athletes receiving preseason recognition by PFF.

Last week, FERRIN, a 6-3, 175-pound senior from Kaysville, Utah, was named to the Lou Groza Collegiate Place-Kicker Award Preseason Watch List for the second-straight season. A semifinalist for the Lou Groza Award in 2024, Ferrin is coming off a season where he was named Big 12 Co-Special Teams Player of the Year and College Football Network Big 12 Kicker of the Year. In addition, he was named first-team All-Big 12 by the conference coaches, AP, College Football Network and Phil Steele.

In 2024, he set new BYU records for field goals in a season (24) and tied the school record for consecutive field goals made (16). Ferrin also led the Big 12 in field goals and was eighth nationally. He converted all 41 of his extra-point attempts to lead all conference kickers in scoring with 113 points (8.7 per game). The senior kicker also excels in the classroom with a 3.52 GPA in business management and was named Academic All-District by College Sports Communicators in 2023 and 2024.

Following the 2024 season, ROBERTS was named to the All-Big 12 Third Team by Phil Steele and the College Football Network. The 6-4, 210-pound senior from Highland, Utah, led BYU in receiving yards with 854 and receptions with 52 in 2024. He also tied for the most receiving touchdowns last year with four.

In July, Roberts and Ferrin were also named to the All-Big 12 Preseason Football Team for the upcoming 2025 season by media representatives who cover the league. They were also previously named Preseason First Team All-Big 12 by Phil Steele and Athlon Sports.

GLASKER, a 6-5, 235-pound junior from South Jordan, was named honorable mention All-American by Sports Illustrated in 2024 and was the defensive MVP of the Valero Alamo Bowl, leading BYU to a 36-14 win over Colorado. Last week he was named to the preseason watch list for the Butkus Award, honoring the nation's top linebacker.

Glasker led the Big 12 in tackles for loss last season with 13.5. For BYU, he was second on the team with 62 tackles, 3.5 sacks, eight quarterback hurries and two interceptions. Glasker was named Midseason All-America by The Athletic and Midseason All-Big 12 by College Football Network.
