PROVO, Utah – Thirty-seven alumni returned to the Richards Building Pool on Saturday morning as BYU swim and dive showcased its 2025–26 roster.
“Seeing so many alumni return to compete says everything about the tradition and culture of BYU Swimming and Diving,” head coach Tamber McAllister said. “The energy, the pride, the connection—it’s a reflection of the environment the many coaches have built over generations. We are fired up by our current team, and they’re excited to carry that legacy forward as the season gets underway.”
The Cougars welcomed back alumni Diego Camacho Salgado (2021–25), Tama Tuitama (2018–24) and Halli Williams (2021–25), who all won events in Saturday’s meet. In addition, Olympian Josue Dominguez (2018–23) competed in the 200 free relay, 100 individual medley (IM) and the 50 breaststroke prelims, where he took first place.
BYU women's diving was well represented at this year's alumni event, with the winning team scoring 333.5 points. Members of that team included diving alumni Hailey Johnson Zimmerman and current dive athletes Aubryn Ordyna and Sophia DeBergh.
