PROVO, Utah — The BYU women's tennis team will return to Provo this weekend to face the Cyclones and the Jayhawks on Mar. 27 and 29.
BYU Notes
- BYU is led by head coach Holly Hasler and assistant coach Anastasia Hayden.
- With two in-conference wins last weekend, the Cougars improved their record to 14-6 overall and 4-3 in the Big 12.
- Bobo Huang boasts the best overall singles record this season at 13-2. Huang recently recorded 50 total singles wins in her career at BYU.
- Doubles team Grace Levelston and Elizabeth Tullis (10-3) have ten doubles wins this season, and doubles team Kendall Kovick and Chelsea Bluestein (9-6) follow closely behind with nine wins.
- The Cougars are ranked No. 8 in the Big 12.
Iowa State Notes
- Head coach Jaron Maestas is in his second season with Iowa State women's tennis, assisted by Yair Banuelos.
- With a 9-7 overall record and 3-5 record in the Big 12, the Cyclones are currently ranked No. 56 in the ITA Division I women's tennis rankings.
- Iowa State's Anna Supapitch Kuearum is currently ranked No. 73 in the nation, with a 19-6 record this season.
- The Cyclones are ranked No. 11 in the Big 12.
