PROVO, Utah — The BYU women's tennis team defeated the Cyclones at home on Thursday, Mar. 27, aided by a ranked upset from Grace Levelston and three-set comeback win from Bobo Huang.
The Cougars are now 15-6 overall and 5-3 in the Big 12, with a four-match win streak.

Huang and Tan took the first doubles match with a 6-1 set, followed by a 6-2 win by Kovick and Bluestein to secure the doubles point for BYU.

Iowa State took the first singles match, tying the Cougars 1-1. Bluestein regained the lead 2-1 after a two-set singles victory.
Levelston faced No. 73 Anna Kuearum and bested her in two sets, taking the last point of the second set with an ace.
After a close first-set tiebreak loss, Smith lost her match in two sets, but BYU held its lead 3-2.
Huang barely lost 7-5 in the first set, but she came back to win the second in six-straight games. Despite a closer contest in the third set, Huang won it 6-3 and clinched a 4-2 win for the Cougars.
Kovick left her match unfinished 3-2 in the third set, after winning the first set 6-2 and narrowly losing the second 6-4.
