The Cougars return to Boston University’s Track & Tennis Center for the second time this season, with entries in six events, expected to be headlined in the 800-meter invite, 3000m and 5000m invites.
Tessa Buswell and Kylie Olsen will compete in the 800m invite. Buswell placed fifth in the 800m invite in Boston last month, while Olsen took third in the open division.
Jenna Hutchins and Jacey Harkins-Farmer are set to compete in the 3000m invite. It will mark Hutchins’ first 3000m race of the season, though she holds the No. 5 time in BYU history after running 8:52.31 at the 2025 Husky Classic. Harkins-Farmer won the 5000m open at Boston University’s Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener last month.
Zariel Macchia, Vanessa Alder, Nelah Roberts and Lexi Goff-Thompson are among the entries in the 20-person 5000m invite. Roberts earned a spot on BYU’s top-10 list in the event last month, clocking 15:43.07 to rank No. 9 overall.
