MALIBU, Calif. — No. 36 BYU women’s tennis travels to Malibu this weekend for the NCAA Tournament, opening against No. 29 Stanford on Friday at 11 a.m. MT at the Ralphs-Straus Tennis Center.
The Cougars (19-8, 6-6 Big 12) earned an at-large bid following a strong regular season and will look to carry that momentum into postseason play. BYU has battled through one of the nation’s toughest conferences and enters the tournament tested and resilient.
Stanford (13-10, 7-5 Pac-12) presents a challenging first-round matchup, bringing a balanced lineup and postseason experience. The Cardinal’s depth and ability to stay composed in tight moments will test BYU across all six courts.
