Cougar Nation flooded Farmington’s Western Sports Park this week for BYU's second Fan Fest of the month, joining BYU football head coach Kalani Sitake and athletes from football, women's soccer, women's volleyball, gymnastics and cheer as well as Cosmo for an evening filled with fun family festivities.
The Farmington Fan Fest took place from 6-8 p.m. MT on Wednesday, May 20 at Western Sports Park, following a BYU Fan Fest in Huntington Beach and special Sunday devotional in Anaheim last week in California that also brought Cougar Nation out in droves.
Farmington Fan Fest saw Cougar fans of all ages getting team posters autographed and interacting and taking photos with Coach Sitake, student-athletes and Cosmo. Among the many festivities, inflatable slides, bounce houses, lawn games, face painting and a live DJ were part of the experience, as well as the chance to indulge in some favorite BYU concession items like the famous CougarTail, purchase Cougar merchandise from the BYU Store or learn more about the Cougar Club and other university programs.
Fan Fest events are a long-standing tradition created to bring BYU Athletics to Cougar Nation each year. Established in 2013, BYU Fan Fest events provide fans outside of the Provo area a unique opportunity to meet and interact with BYU student-athletes in their own communities.
BYU Sports Nation hosts Spencer Linton and Jarom Jordan were also on hand in Farmington to conduct interviews and meet with BYU fans. Check out below photos from the Fan Fest to get a feel for the variety of fun had by all and watch an interview with 2025 Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year LJ Martin conducted at the event.
