Before BYU

• 2022 state champion in four events: 110m hurdles (tied state record at 14.36),300m hurdles (38.40), 400m (49.72) and 4x100m relay
• Placed second at 2022 Montana state championships in the 200m and third in the 100m
• 2021 state champion in two events: 110m hurdles and 300m hurdles. Also an All-State athlete in seven events and team runner-up at state
• In 2019, he was a state champion in the 4x400m relay, an All-State athlete in the 300m and a team state champion
• Varsity football for three years & one year of varsity basketball
• Academic all-state honors in all four years of high school
• School record holder in 110m hurdles (14.69) and 4x400m relay (3.24)
• Also recruited by Utah State, Montana, Montana State, Weber State, Colorado State, Army and Harvard
