- Runner-up finish in 2004 and and third-place finish in 2005 at the Nike Team Nationals
- Manhattan Invitational Record holder
- 2006 New York Federation Cross Country Champion
- Indoor and outdoor 3200m Section Record Holder
- Two-time New York State outdoor 3200m champion
- Ran the 13th fastest high school two-mile in the nation during his senior year (8:58.98)
