- 4A state champion 3200M in 2007, runner-up 2006 4A cross country, runner-up 2007 1600M run, runner-up 1600m/3200m run 2008
- Two-time Region VII cross country champion
- Voted 4A Cross Country Athlete of the Year 2007
- Placed third at Bob Firman XC Invitational 2007, fourth Simplot mile run
- Lettered four years in track and cross country
- Captain of track team 2008
- All-State in track and XC for three years
- Recruited by Georgetown, Weber State, SUU and Washington.
