- Named to the all-state team in track for the 1600m and 3200m
- Led cross country team to two state championships
- Named cross country and track and field team captain
- Two-time National Champion in Olympic distance triathlon
- All-State cross country runner
- Nike cross country All-Region athlete
- Three-time national champion triathlete
