Perry High School - Head Coach (2016-25)
- Led the Pumas to the 6A State Finals in 2022 and 2024
- Reached the Arizona Open Final Four in 2023
- Won the Premier Region Title in 2020 and 2023
- Named the Arizona Premier Region Coach of the Year in 2023
- Named CUSD Coach of the Year in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
- Coached the 2023 Arizona Gatorade Player of the Year and Vanderbilt junior Khamil Pierre, who was ranked a four-star recruit by ESPN.com and named a McDonald’s All-American nominee
- Coached Madison Conner, who would go on to lead the NCAA in 2024-25 with 128 made threes and be selected by the Seattle Storm with the 28th pick in the 2025 WNBA Draft.
- Nine consecutive seasons in which his team earned the AIA Scholar Team Award, a recognition awarded to teams that carry a team GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Coached in the program that produced NBA Champion Jalen Williams, 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy and Cody Williams of the Utah Jazz.

- Mentored the school’s all-time leading scorer and former BYU men’s basketball player, Alex Barcello.
Personal
- Native of Mesa, Arizona
- He and his wife, Amy, are the parents of three children: Aria, AJ and Alexander
- Graduated in 2015 from Northern Arizona University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice
- Served in the United States Navy as a Master-At-Arms from 2007-11 with stops in Washington and Sasebo, Japan
- Three-sport athlete at Desert Ridge High School, where he played basketball, baseball and football.
