Career Highlights
- In 2017-18, helped BYU win 24 games and advance to the NIT
- In year two on the staff, Lewis helped the Cougars to 22 wins and a trip to the NIT
- In his first season as an assistant coach at BYU in 2015-16, helped the Cougars to a 26-11 record and a trip to the semifinals of the NIT in Madison Square Garden
- In 12 seasons as head coach of Lone Peak High School, totaled a record of 250-45 (.847), won seven state titles and 10 region titles
- In 2013 Lewis was named MaxPreps National Coach of the Year and Naismith National Coach of the Year while leading Lone Peak HS to a 26-1 record, the 5A Utah state title and the MaxPreps National Championship
- Named the 2009 National Federation of State High School Associations Western Region Coach of the Year
- Prior to Lone Peak, coached eight years at the collegiate level, helping five teams win 20-plus games and three earn national rankings

- Left Dixie among the top 25 in scoring in program history
- Played two years at Wagner College (1991-93)
- Earned All-NEW Second Team honors as a senior
- Inducted into the Wagner Athletics Hall of Fame in 2012
