  • Set a personal record with 4996 points scored in the heptathlon at the MPSF Championships to finish fifth overall
  • Cleared a career-best 2.08m/6-9.75 in the high jump at the Air Force Indoor Team Challenge to take second
  • Competed in four meets during the 2019 indoor season

Outdoor

  • Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors
  • Scored 7002 points at the Robison Invitational to win the decathlon. The freshman had season-best marks in the high jump (2.05m/6-8.75), 400m (48.10), 110m hurdles (14.10),  pole vault (4.01m/13-1/75) and javelin (50.34m/165-2)
