- Reber was a three-year varsity starter and four-year letterman
- Led Flyers to runner-up appearances in the 4A state tournament two consecutive seasons
- Two-time first-team all-state selection in baseball for 2009 and 2010 and three-time all-region
- Hit .495 with eight homers as a senior
- First-team all-state as a linebacker, two-time all-region, lettering three years in football
- Two-time all-region in basketball, lettering three times
