- A two-sport athlete at Provo High School, Chrisman signed to play both basketball and baseball for the Cougars
- Was named Deseret News and Salt Lake Tribune all-state in basketball as a junior and senior
- Was a three-time all-region player and led his team to the state championship game as a senior
- Aeraged 21 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 blocks as a junior while earning all-state honors
- Averaged 23 points, 12 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 blocks as a senior and was named region MVP
- Named Utah Valley MVP by the Daily Herald
- Rank Layden Tipoff Club Player of the Month during senior season
- Lettered four years in basketball and three years in baseball
