• During the 2023 indoor season, he became No. 5 all-time at BYU in the 5000m, crossing the line at 13:34.06 at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season-Opener in Boston
• Qualified for the 2023 NCAA West Preliminaries in the 10,000m and crossed the line at 28:31.97 to place 13th, just one spot short of qualifying for NCAA Outdoor Nationals
• Placed first in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the BYU Robison Invitational (9:02.22)

• Two-time All-American
• At the 2022 Big Sky Indoor Championships, he earned a personal best in the 3000m with a 8:22.52 time, good for seventh-place
• In 2020, placed 15th at the Big Sky Indoor Championships with a time of 14:31.41
• 16th-place finish at 2021 NCAA Division 1 Cross Country Championships with a personal best, 29.17.0
• 14th-place finish at 2019 NCAA Division 1 Cross Country Championships with a time of 31:04.9 for the highest finish in school history at the time
• Finished 4th at the 2021 NCAA Division 1 Mountain Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 29:43.4
