Head Coach (2025-Present)
- Cummard was named and introduced as the eighth head coach of the BYU women's basketball program on March 31, 2025.
Associate Head Coach (2022-2025)
- Back-to-back postseason appearances (WBIT - 2024 and WNIT - 2023)
- Coached BYU's all-time leading rebounder and two-time All-America Honorable Mention, Lauren Gustin
- Helped the Cougars to the first ranked win of the Whiting era over No. 18 Baylor on Feb. 7, 2024.
- Cummard was named the associate head coach of the BYU women's basketball program on June 3, 2022.
Assistant Coach (2019-2022)
- Back-to-back NCAA Tournament bids (2020-21, 2021-22)
- Was acting head coach and went 3-0 with wins over Utah State, No. 17 Florida State and No. 22 West Virginia
- Won the West Coast Conference regular-season championship in 2021-22
- No. 20 final AP Top 25 ranking (2021-22)
- Spent 16 consecutive weeks in AP Top 25 – most in school history (2021-22)
- Most wins in the regular season (25) in program history (2021-22)

Men's Basketball Coaching Career
- BYU Men's Basketball Assistant Coach (2018-19)
- Helped the Cougars to a 20-13 season, going 10-5 in conference play
- Coached two all-conference honorees; Yoeli Childs and TJ Haws who were named to the first and second teams, respectively
- BYU Men's Basketball Graduate Assistant (2016-2018)
- In two years as a graduate assistant, helped the Cougars to back-to-back 20-win seasons
- Coached five all-conference selections including TJ Haws, Eric Mika, Elijah Bryant and Yoeli Childs
- Made a pair of trips to the NIT

- Lee and his wife Sarah have three sons
