Lettered four times in basketball, three times in golf and twice in tennis ... played two years at Mountain View High in Orem and his senior season at Timpview High in Provo ... at Timpview he averaged 16.7 points, 7.1 rebounds, 6.2 assists and shot 50.5 percent from the field ... named all-state by the Deseret News and Salt Lake Tribune ... honorable mention All-USA Today ... McDonald's All-America nominee ... was a top 50 pick for Athlon Magazine and the Blue Chip Magazine guards ... unanimous selection to All-Region Eight .... selected to the Utah High School Coaches All-Star Team ... made many all-tournament teams, including the 1994 Nike Las Vegas Easter Classic ...
