Lettered four times in soccer and once in football at Mercer Island High...All-conference as a punter and kicker...All-region as a punter...soccer team captain for two years, all-conference for three years and team's leading scorer...holds school assist record...two-time state championship MVP...MVP of the Nantucket Men's League in 1995 ...MVP of the Seattle Soccer Club and awarded the Golden Boot...member of the Western 14-state regional team ...played junior pro teams in England ...member of the Washington all-star team...coached by Dick Nicholl (Washington).
