• Named First-Team All-State by the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News
• Named all-valley by the Daily Herald
• Played offensive and defensive lineman in high school
• Had 45 tackles, five sacks and one fumble recovery
• Second-team all-league and first-team all-region as a junior
