- Mother, Mo Wolthuis, played basketball at BYU from 1987-91
- Plans to major in chemical engineering
- Served as a missionary in the Chile Osorno Mission
Before BYU
- Prepped at Nation Ford High School
- Helped team to be 2017 region champions for the first time in school history
- Two-time All-Region nominatee
- Played safety, receiver and even quarterback in high school
- Had 24 receptions, 259 yards and three touchdowns as a junior to go along with 63 solo tackles, two tackles for loss and two interceptions
- As a sophomore, posted 126 tackles, seven interceptions, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries
- An honors graduate as well as a junior scholar
