Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of policies, logistics and procedures related to equipment operations and management of BYU equipment staff
- Direct daily football equipment operations, including the design, evaluation and management of standard and special equipment for the football program
- Manage football equipment managers and student managers in assigned responsibilities, including but not limited to helmet construction, decaling, cleaning, gear distribution and laundry operations
- Administer the equipment needs for team and recruiting photoshoots
- Oversee football practice set up and practice operations from an equipment perspective
- Manage game day set up, equipment trunk packing and truck loading for all games
