Responsibilities
- Oversees 14 student managers with tasks including but not limited to helmet construction, decaling, cleaning, gear distribution and laundry operations
- Direct equipment needs for team and recruiting photoshoots
- Oversee practice set up and practice operations from an equipment perspective
- Direct game day set up, equipment trunk packing and truck loading for all games
- Oversee inventory control and manage weekly quality control checks on all protective equipment
