Signed with the Las Vegas Raiders as an undrafted free agent after going unselected in the 2021 NFL Draft. Spent the 2021 season on the Raiders practice squad.
Spent the 2022 and 2023 seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs.
Bushman suffered a fractured clavicle in the Chiefs' preseason game against the Green Bay Packers on August 25, 2022, in which he recorded 3 receptions for 73 yards and 2 touchdowns before being injured.
After returning from injury, Bushman spent the rest of the 2022 season on the practice squad and became a Super Bowl champion when the Chiefs defeated the Philidelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LVII.
Bushman won his second straight Super Bowl when the Chiefs defeated the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII as a member of the Chiefs practice squad.
