- Lettered two years in cross country and four years in track at Wenatchee HS
- Won female athlete award at her high school three years
- Finished first in the 100mH at regionals in 2002 and finished first in the 300mH at regionals in 1999, '00, '01, '02
- Placed first in the 300mH in her league in 2000, '01, '02
- At the state championships between 1999 and 2002 finished fourth in the 300mH, third in the 4x200m relay and two first place finishes in the 300mH
- On the national level, she finished fourth in the 300mH at the Golden West Invitational
- Her best time in the 300mH is 43.1
