- Regional champion in cross country twice
- 2003 regional champion in the 3200m
- 5A Cross Country State Champion and MVP in 2000
- 4A Cross Country State Champion and MVP twice
- 4A State Track Champion in the 1600m and 3200m
- Ranked third nationally in the 3200m and second in the 1500m
- Third-team All-American at the Footlocker Nationals in 2002, finished thirteenth
- Placed third in 2001 and second in 2002 at Great American Cross Country Festival
- Inducted into the Utah High School Athletic Association Hall of Fame
- Won the 3000m and took second in the 1500m at the Mt. SAC Relays in 2003
- Honor roll member 2000-2002
