- Coached Mackenzie Miller Lung to NCAA 200 Breast Runner-up finish, the women's program's first two All-America honors since 1990 and best finish (23rd, 29 points) since 1991 (2024-25)
- Coached BYU women's swimmers to nine all-conference honors, 16 school-record performances, 47 top-10 times and 113 personal bests (2024-25)
- Coached BYU men's swimmers to 10 all-conference honors, four school-record performances, 63 top-10 times and 119 personal bests (2024-25)
Coaching Accomplishments
- Guided BYU men's swimmers to third-place team finish at 2024 Big 12 Championships with two individual champions.
- Guided the Cougars to 24 all-conference finishes at 2024 Big 12 Championships.
- Helped BYU men's swimming achieve a program-record eight overall and three relay entries at 2024 NCAA Championships.
- Sixteen-year assistant coaching tenure at BYU includes nine All-Americans, 49 individual conference titles, eight team league titles and 37 school records broken.
- Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Coach of the Year (2019-20)
- Coached Utah Tech swimmers to over 70 team records.
Swimming Career
- Competed at BYU (2000-04), specialized in breaststroke
- Remains No. 5 all-time at BYU in the women's 200 breast (2:14.69, 2001)
- Four-time Mountain West 200 breaststroke champion
- 2000 U.S. Olympic Trials competitor in 200 and 100 breast, finished 12th and 27th, respectively
Personal
- Husband's name is Eric. They have four kids, Emma, Marcus, Lilly and CJ.
- Graduated from BYU with B.S. in exercise science (2004)
