- During BYU's inagural Big 12 campaign in 2023-24, led program to its longest win streak (10) since 2018-19
Cal (2014-23)
- Three-time Regional Assistant Coach of the Year (2015, 2021, 2022)
- Program-first 2016 National Indoor Title, including a No. 1 national ranking for 10 consecutive weeks
- Program-best record of 21-2 (2016)
- Program-first back-to-back Pac-12 titles (2021, 2022)
- Between 2015 and 2023, he mentored athletes to 15 All-American accolades
- Coached several teams to high academic achievement, winning the Cal Newmark Highest GPA Award for four consecutive years (2020-23). The 2023 team marked the highest team GPA ever recorded by a Cal athletic program
BYU (2009-12)
- Regional Assistant Coach of the Year (2011)
- Helped lead the Cougars to back-to-back Mountain West titles in 2010 and 2011
- Two NCAA team tournament appearances in 2010 and 2011 with a 36th-place final ITA ranking in both years
- 58 total wins in three seasons at BYU is the most during any three-year span in program history
